Here's my day 2 hair and a sneak peek at my outfit today.  Still not in love but it's getting bigger slowly, by Thursday, Friday... It's gonna be a problem!

Umm so I don't see much of a difference. I did baggy for a little which may have meant shrinkage because of the added moisture but no big change.

Reduce, Reuse, & Recycle

I came across a comment on one of the blogs I follow stating that a fashion blogger will never repeat an article of clothing.  Now I am not a fashion blogger, I do love fashion but to think that once I wear something I shouldn't photograph it again is crazy.  I am not a celebrity nor am I pulling in the big bucks.  If I find that if you can take something from your closet and reinvent it, than that's what makes a fashion blogger (among other things) and shows your creativity.  When I get into the habit of posting LOTDs regularly, you'll see repeats.  It may be a dress in one image and belted to make it a shirt in the other.  When I purchase something it's because I either love it or I see its versatility with everything else in my closet and plan on putting it to good use.

For example, this black floral "shirt" that I wore today is actually a dress that I belted.

The fro's pulled back because I just washed it and needed to run some errands and as we all know, wash-and-go's are not the answer for me.

There's nothing like a good no-fuss lazy day.  One of those days where I had to be comfortable and didn't wanna be bothered with anything but I knew I had errands to run.  I used to think I had to do my hair every time I went out, but my hair's starting to get to a length where I can pull it back (sorta) and throw a hat on (I'm cheesing as I write that.)  Of course I'm sharing this pics, nothing special just me on a bummy day.

Camera Shy

Decided to have a little fun with my camera today, it's been a while.  Plus you can see how the hair's holding up.

 

 

 

It was a wet, dreary day out here in New York but I'm not ready to part with my summer clothes just yet so I threw on my favorite summer dress with a denim shirt, some tights, & military boots.  I really like the look of this feminine ruffle, floral dress with rugged boots.

The hair's still pretty good to me, I should be able to push it til after Labor Day without looking a hot mess.

Let me know if you disagree or think I'm good to go.

Pleasant Peasant

Ok so this top screams "Mom" to me (well mine at least, she loves a flowy tunic) but when I saw it way back in February, I had to have it. And it was on sale? Umm yes please. I finally pulled it out and decided to give it a go today.  All I was missing was a giant peace sign necklace and tinted sunglasses.  Too bad I was too lazy to put contacts on.

It's been a little while but that's because my laptop was sick.  Now she's all better but I haven't had too much time to update MeEntirely.  Just thought I'd share an outfit I wore the other day.  Nothing special.  Just a little something simple.

 

Sidenote: while I was uploading these pics I had to laugh because it looks like I gotta pee in a few of them.  I need to figure out how to get my self-timer on my camera just right because these angles are a little crazy. Oh well, all for the sake of my blog :)
